Charles “Teenie” Harris (1908-1998) African American Photographer gets it! Brother Harris is Killin’ ‘em in this 1940 self portrait! The suit, the hair, the knitted tie, and the debonair aura challenges me to step my game up. This is when men were gentlemen. Teenie is one of my favorite photographers! I will be doing a photoshoot soon inspired by his work. Will be posting some of Teenie’s original photos soon!
